My massage style is a combination of clinical and medical massage with relaxation. In my experience I have seen the best results incorporating deep relaxation with deep bodywork. Addressing the WHOLE person. Body, Mind and Spirit.

Reiki

“Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are morelikely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words- Rei which means “God’s Wisdom or The Higher Power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So, Reiki is actually “spiritually guided life force energy”.

A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Oncology/Hospice Massage

Oncology Massage is the careful and safe approach to massaging clients who either currently have cancer or have recently survived cancer. This can help with pain management, reducing stress, encouraging the body’s immune system and ability to itself, increased range of motion, reducing side effects from treatments and so much more. Often, Oncology patients struggle with laying down for too long, so these sessions will be 45 minutes

Hospice Massage is the gentle comforting massage intended for the elderly and those with illnesses. This can include patients in senior centers, hospice facilities, in-home hospice care or those at the end of life. It incorporates gentle pressure, reflexology and acupressure to bring comfort and healing to the patient’s body, mind and spirit. As to not over stress the patient’s body, these sessions are also 45minutes long.

Spa Treatments

Tension Melting Hot Stone Massage

This treatment is a full body massage using real basalt stones that have been heated to quickly soothe and soften tight and tense muscles. Once the muscles have been relaxed with the stones, the massage techniques will penetrate deeper, and the effects can last longer than a typical massage.

Healing Salt Massage and Scrub

When you come in for the Healing Salt Massage and Scrub you will be in for a treat. I have created my own protocol using finely ground salt, grapeseed oil and your choice of essential oils as well as heated Himalayan salt stones. My salt scrub blend is made up of Epsom Salt and Dead Sea Salt, for the most health benefits. It’s then ground finely so that it dissolves easily with wet towels, to avoid leaving traces of salt granules behind. Then I massage the minerals, moisture and oil into the skin leaving your whole body feeling fresh, smooth and soft, while still getting the bodywork you expect from Black Lotus Sacred Healing.

Head to Toe Massage with Facial Massage

The Head-to-Toe Massage and Facial Massage is a full body massage that includes a facial massage. Facial massage is good for treating headaches and reducing sinus inflammation, lines and creases in the skin, as well as draining fluid down through the lymphatic system naturally. I use high end skincare products and clean the skin before using the moisturizer to massage the muscles in the face and head.

Thai Hot Bamboo Stick Massage

Thai hot bamboo stick massage is a traditional Thai bodywork technique that uses heated bamboo sticks to deliver deep, penetrating pressure to muscles, promoting relaxation, circulation, and tension release.  It blends elements of Thai massage, deep tissue work, and heat therapy, often performed in spas or wellness centers.
